In a jaded world caught in a tailspin of 24-hour bad news, Lauren Luiz, Zach DeGaetano, and Tyler Thompson of WILD have tapped into an infectious, positive energy that is inherently West Coast. Their 2018 EP Lace & Layers featured feel-good tracks like “Make It Alright” and “Brighter Side,” but their two newest tracks, “It Only Gets Better” and “I Believe In Us,” further raise the bar on good vibes.
Says the band, “We have so much anxiety about where the world is heading but we also have so much hope for the people growing up right now. This song is a ‘call to arms,’ so to speak, confronting us to stop being controlled by fear and judgment and just believe in all of us!” Impose Magazine has called the band “refreshing and positive,” and little touches like the video series they did to explain the meaning behind each track of Lace & Layers gives you insight into the band’s personalities.
